Comspares was established May 1967. Our premises are in excess of 4 acres and include sales and storage areas, as well as a modern workshop where engines, gearboxes and differentials are checked prior to selling.

Our two founders of the business Messrs Getz and Suttner are very active and involve themselves in the day to day running of the business. Tony Olwyn (Finance / Administration) and Chris Labuschagne (Sales / Technical) make up the balance of the management team. 

Sales and expert technical advice is covered by Sid Suttner, Chris Labuschagne, Roy and Kevin. Our sales team between them have over 100 years experience. Their knowledge of spares and transport requirements ensures our confidence in every part we sell.

Sid and Chris also spend considerable time in valuing and purchasing trucks to secure our stock requirements.

Our workshop comprises of 4 mechanics and their assistants. Engines, gearboxes, differentials pass through their hands, tested and checked to meet our guarantee commitment and beyond.

The remainder of our staff are involved in vital functions such as administration, stores, tow truck collections and deliveries, stripping and disassembling, crane and forklift activities, customer security parking.
